Many basic and not-so-basic items available at reasonable prices - beverages (incl. alcohol), food, toiletries, paper goods. Purchase cell phone
minutes, too. Open till 11 pm - so handy for late evening snack attacks.
ATM machine - On the main road, just before the Petcom parking lot.
Airport Transfer, Taxi, & Tour Companies:
Sangster Int'l Airport in Montego Bay is the closer of the island's two major airports. The ride to the condo is a scenic 80-90 minutes along Jamaica's beautiful northwest coastline. There are numerous options for transfer, from the $25US per person JUTA shuttle
to a shared or private ride for $70-100US with
licensed tour & transport companies. You will also find taxi drivers eager for a fare stationed just outside of the airport terminal. Always look for red plates, meaning the taxi is licensed to transport tourists, and agree on the fare before entering the vehicle.

Restaurants - Many of the moderate to higher priced restaurants on the beach and the cliffs offer complimentary pick-up or round trip transportation. Call to ask!
Groceries - Value Master and Hi-Lo are the two main Negril stores for groceries and alcohol. Hire a taxi - the driver will wait while you shop. There are also several well-stocked smaller stores along the beach road, and produce stands along Negril's Long Bay Beach. In season, there is a produce lady who stops by the parking lot outside of the condo on Mondays - listen for her truck horn honk on arrival sometime between 12:30 and 2:30 pm.

Use of our cell phone is included with rental. The phone will have enough minutes for a few brief
calls home, and local calls for taxi or restaurant
pick-ups. If you would like more time, minutes may be purchased at the nearby Petcom gas station.
