This lovely island retreat is fully furnished with comfort and entertainment.
Like our place, it is a second floor end unit studio with a wide balcony.
Amenities include:
Use of cell phone, cable tv and 42" flat screen, dvd and radio,
high speed DSL and wi-fi, land line for local calls.
Fully furnished kitchen includes stove, fridge,
coffeemaker, microwave and toaster.
Queen size bed and bed linens
Bath with tub and shower, bath and beach towels.
Housekeeping is included once during a full week stay
or every 3 - 4 days during longer rentals.

- Please see our calendar above and confirm availability for
your dates with us via e-mail or phone.
- Receipt of a 25% deposit will confirm your booking. We prefer deposits to be paid with a credit card through PayPal.**
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Balance is due in full 30 days prior to your arrival date and may be paid via PayPal, personal check, cashier's check, or money order in US dollars.
- Cancellation refunds of the balance are available for that portion
which can be rebooked.

**How to reserve your dates
Reservations can only be made with a deposit. Let us know when you are ready to book and we will send you a PayPal invoice which can be paid with a
credit card. You do NOT need to have a PP account to complete this transaction. Once we send you the PayPal invoice, we will hold your dates for up to three days to give you time to complete payment of the deposit.
Don't miss out!
Please keep in mind that the condo may be available when you first contact us but that we get many requests and they may be for the same dates as yours
or overlapping. Only the receipt of a deposit will lock in your vacation dates.
